Q: How do I get started if I’m new?
A: Watch the app tutorial video and follow the instructions on this page. You may also call the Distributor Services Centre for assistance at +44 (0) 1527 592878.
Q: How do I sign someone up through the app?
A: If they are currently under your “Recruits”, click “Share More” and then “Share Signup.” Note, you must first share a video or a website with a recruit for them to be shown under your “Recruits.” You can also click “Websites” and select “Join from Reliv Website” or “My PWS Homepage” if you have a personal website.
Q: I don’t have any Recruits. What do I do?
A: Simply click “Videos” or “Websites.” Then select the “Share” button underneath. You can choose to share this with someone in your Address Book or share it with a recruit via email or text by entering in their contact information. Select the drop-down menu to choose “share via email” or “share via text message.” Once your recruit has started to play a video or visited a website, you will then see this person added under your "Recruits." However, you can see who you have shared a video or website with if they have not yet responded. Just click search/filter at the bottom, select "pending recruits" then click update/search.
Q: How do I adjust the notifications I’m receiving?
A: Select the Menu Bar in the top left corner, then “settings” and simply tick the notifications you’d like to receive from Reliv. (Note: sounds are not currently available for Reliv notifications in the app.) When a notification comes through on your phone, simply select it to be taken directly to that screen within the mobile app.
Q: Where do I find current promotions and other company news?
A: You can find them in the rotating banners at the top (click the one that interests). You can also click the exclamation point in the right hand corner to see the latest company news and events.
Q: How soon after an order is placed do I receive a notification?
A: Order notifications are sent in near real-time when a commissionable order reaches the “paid for” status. You will also receive near real-time notifications for Distributor and customer signups, rank advancements and status changes.
Q: How current is the data under metrics?
A: Data under metrics and Breakaway volume is near real-time. On average, volumes will be updated within 10-15 minutes.
Q: How do I share a video?
A: Simply select “Videos”, scroll to find the video you want and then select the “Share” button underneath. You can choose to share this with someone in your Address Book or share it with a recruit via email or text by entering in their contact information. Select the drop-down menu to choose share via email or share via text message.
Q: How do I add my picture?
A: Select the Menu Bar in the top left corner. Select “Profile.” Choose “Select Image.” Then choose to add a picture from your photos or your camera. Remember to use only a photo of you so that people can easily identify you.
Q: When do I receive notifications?
A: New Orders: Mobile App users will get notified of all orders in their Personal Group once the order payment has been received.
New Signup/Guest Signup: Mobile App users will get notified of new members signed up by you or your frontline.
Rank Advancement:
Affiliate thru Senior Affiliate: Mobile App users will get notified of member's rank advancing in their personal group.
Qualified Master Affiliates: (US, CAN, MEX, UK, EU) and Master Affiliates (Reliv Asia Pacific). Mobile App users will get notified when a qualifying Master Affiliate Order is processed down 6 levels in their Breakaways.
Above Master Affiliate: Mobile App users will get notified of people rank advancing above Master Affiliate down 6 levels. These will all occur after commissions have been approved.
Status Changes: Mobile App users will get notified of people changing status (Customer becomes a Distributor) in their Personal Group.
