Application Process

Click here to download an application form to be considered for sponsorship through the Reliv Athletic programme.

Sponsorship is in the form of the Reliv nutritional products only and you must be of a semi-professional or professional standard in your sporting field and based in Europe to apply. Once your application has been received, you will be considered for a month-long trial. If you have been selected to participate in a trial, we expect regular feedback about how the products are supporting you in your sport. We will then confirm or deny sponsorship at the end of an applicant’s trial during a scheduled meeting at Reliv Europe Head Office.
