Returns Policy

 

RELIV EUROPE LIMITED

 

This Returns Policy complies with the EU Directive on Consumer Rights, as reflected in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which came into force on 13th June 2014.

 

A. Consumer purchase face to face from a Reliv Independent Distributor – cancellation right

 

If you are a consumer who had placed an order face to face with a Reliv Independent Distributor, you have the right, until 14 days after the day on which goods are delivered, to cancel the order.A notice of this right to cancel is included on the Customer Order Form given to consumers at the time they place their order. A detachable Cancellation Form is also included as part of that Customer Order Form.To exercise the right of cancellation, you may either use that Cancellation Form to notify your Distributor or in some other way communicate to him/her a clear statement of your decision to cancel. A cancellation notified by post or email takes effect when it is posted, or if emailed, when sent. To enable us to identify the correct order, you are asked to include the following information:

 

(i) The consumer’s (your) address
(ii) The description of the goods in the order
(iii) The date of the order
(iv) Any reference number on the order, and
(v) The name of the Distributor

 

If you have received the goods, you should not use them and you should return them.  Any cost in returning them will fall upon you, the consumer.  Provided any goods delivered before cancellation are returned to your Reliv Independent Distributor within 14 days of cancellation, a full refund of the purchase price paid by you (including the cost of standard delivery to your delivery address) will be made promptly to you by the same means as you made the payment which is being refunded. The return of any product will not affect the customer's statutory rights. 

 

B. Consumer purchase direct from Reliv Europe – cancellation right

 

A consumer who purchases direct from Reliv (eg by a phone call, email, mail order, fax or via the Reliv website), has a right to cancel at any time up to 14 days after the day on which the consumer takes delivery of the goods.  Notice of cancellation should be given to Reliv Europe Limited, 10 Colemeadow Road, North Moons Moat, Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 9PB UK, Telephone: 01527 592878, Fax: 01527 590939, Email: euadmin@relivinc.com.  The Cancellation Form which was included in the email confirming your order may be used (this form is also available on the Reliv website (reliv.co.uk), but any other clearly communicated statement to Reliv of your decision to cancel will suffice as a notice of cancellation.  If posted or sent by email, notice of cancellation takes effect when posted or, if by email, when it is sent.  When sending a notice of cancellation, please include the following information:

 

(i) The consumer’s (your) address
(ii) The description of the goods
(iii) The date of the order, and
(iv) Any reference on the order

 

If you have received the goods, you should not use them and you should return them to Reliv.  Any cost in returning them will fall upon you, the consumer.  Provided any goods delivered before cancellation are returned to Reliv (at Reliv’s address above) within 14 days of cancellation, the purchase price paid by you (including the cost of standard delivery to your delivery address will be promptly refunded to you by the same means as you made the payment which is being refunded.

 

Auto-Ship Programme – if you have enrolled in Reliv’s Direct Select Auto-Ship programme, you may cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after delivery of your first order, by following the procedure outlined above for a purchase made direct from Reliv.  After the first delivery, your auto-ship arrangement may be changed or cancelled by giving 7 days’ notice to Reliv.

 

C. 30 Day No Quibble Guarantee

 

In addition to any right to cancel an order as set out above, any consumer, who for any reason wishes to do so, may claim a full refund by doing so in writing addressed to Reliv Europe Limited, 10 Colemeadow Road, North Moons Moat, Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 9PB UK, and returning the goods at any time up to 30 days after delivery.  Any cost in returning the goods will fall upon you, the Customer.  If the order was placed with a Reliv Independent Distributor, the goods should be returned, if possible, to that Distributor.  Otherwise the goods should be sent (again at your expense) directly to Reliv (see address above).  When sending goods for a refund under this Guarantee, please include the following information:

 

(i) The consumer’s (your) address
(ii) The description of the goods
(iii) The date of the order
(iv) Any reference number on the order

 

D. Your legal rights

 

Your legal rights include the right to receive goods which correspond with the description (and any sample) by reference to which they were sold, which are of satisfactory quality, which are reasonably fit for the purposes for which such goods are usually bought and for any particular purpose for which you have informed the seller that you wanted them.  The cancellation rights and the Reliv 30 day No Quibble Guarantee which are set out above are in addition to those legal rights.  We make every effort to ensure that Reliv products are of the highest quality.  If, however, the goods are damaged upon delivery or you consider them to be defective or below the quality reasonably to be expected, please contact your Reliv Independent Distributor - or Reliv Europe direct – without delay.

 

E. Rights and Duties of Reliv Distributors

 

Distributor Role 

Reliv Independent Distributors must honour the rights of the consumer as set out above

 

(i) Inform Reliv of any notice of cancellation or 30 day No Quibble Guarantee claim that the Distributor receives from a consumer
(ii) Give every cooperation to Reliv to ensure that the consumer’s rights are honoured

 

The rights of Reliv Distributors to cancel an order that the Distributor has placed with Reliv are governed by the Policies and Procedures which are part of each Distributor’s contract with Reliv.

 

Distributor as a Consumer 

Sometimes a Distributor orders goods for his or her own personal use or consumption, or to give as gifts.  A Distributor who orders goods as a consumer has the rights set out at B, C & D above.  If such an order is to be placed, it is the responsibility of the Distributor to make this clear to the Company at the time the order is placed.

 

Complaints 

In accordance with our aim of total consumer satisfaction, we will acknowledge any complaint within 2 working days and will seek to resolve it as soon as possible thereafter.
