Here’s how the Star Director Bonus works:

3-Star
Qualification: Personally sponsor three people who reach MA.
Reward: You are now eligible for an additional 1% override on the volume of all lines.

6-Star
Qualification: Personally sponsor six people who reach MA.
Reward: You are now eligible for an additional 2% override on the volume of all lines.

10-Star
Qualification: Personally sponsor 10 people who reach MA.
Reward: You are now eligible for an additional 3% override on the volume of all lines.

NOTE: Star Director Bonuses can always be earned on the first level and can be earned on every level until a downline Star Director qualifies to earn the bonus. The example below shows the override earning potential with no additional Star Directors in your lines.

From 1st November 2022 to earn your 3/6/10 Star Director Bonus each individual Star is required to be “Active”. Active is currently defined as having 500PGPV.

The usual frontline volume requirements still apply.

A 3 Star must have a combined frontline volume of 6,000PGPV.
A 6 Star must have a combined frontline volume of 12,000PGPV.
A 10 Star must have a combined frontline volume of 20,000PGPV.

To assist your efforts to maintain a consistent 3/6/10 Star Director bonus each month, starting November, we will now recognise all frontline MA’s as Stars (even if not personally sponsored), which means we now will recognise compression.
